1) Shipping

We process your order within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 3–20 days, depending on the destination and carrier logistics.

Shipping rates (by region):
Shipping zones are the same as our rate regions:

  • North America: $60 MXN

  • Asia: $50 MXN

  • Europe (EU): $90 MXN

  • South America: $75 MXN

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your shipment.


2) Returns & Refunds

Return window:
We accept return requests within 5 days after delivery.

Condition:
Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged by us or during shipping.
We do not accept returns for damage caused by the customer.

How to request a return:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of damage (photos or video)

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–10 days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Exceptions:
No exceptions.
